Deleting your Temporary Internet Cache for Internet Explorer...
for Netscape Navigator click here
| First, while Internet Explorer is opened, click the TOOLS button on the menu bar, then select INTERNET OPTIONS. |

| Next, click on the DELETE FILES button towards the center of the window that has just appeared. |

Check "Delete All Offline Content", then press the OK button. You may then close
out the Internet Options window and proceed to log on to Global Compliance
Network.
